i seem to have problems with persistant connections to oracle, i am sure i am using ociplogon and
ocilogoff on the page but the connection in the backend stays even after the php page quits,
eventually i cant connect to oracle anymore. the only solution working is a restart of the httpd
service.
using :
PHP Version 4.2.2 with Apache/1.3.27 on Redhat Linux 7.3
also tried PHP PHP Version 4.3.4 with Apache/2.0.48 on Redhat Linux 9.1 using Oracle 9i
