note 37924 added to function.unpack

I have used pack in following way
$op = pack("v*" , 0x0000 , 0x0104 , 0x6104 , 0x1212 , 0x3456 , 0x7890 , 0x1204 , 0x1200 ,
0x0000 , 0x0000);
I expect that after unpacking i should get 0000010461041212345678901204120000000000
if i use unpack("v*",$op) I am not getting this value
can someone help me ?
