note 38040 added to faq.installation

I have the famous IIS installed on my computer. At first, it coud read ASP pages without problem. Then, i started learning PHP and donwloaded the PHP-4.3.4 application server. I installed it and it automatically configured the IIS and everything was going on perfectly ( with PHP pages ) untill i tried to access an ASP page again, and my server could not read the code.
