The manual says that this function is similar to imap_qprint(), EXCEPT this one doesn't require
IMAP module. This is NOT the case.
If you have a string and print it out with imap_qprint() and with quoted_printable_decode() you will
NOT in some cases the same result.
Ex.
$text = "Quia saepe proposui venire ad vos et prohibitus sum usque adhuc ut aliquem. Fructum
habeam et in vobis sicut et. Graecis ac barbaris sapientibus et insipientibus debitor sum. Ita quod
in me promptum est et on enim erubesco.";
echo imap_qprint($text);
echo quoted_printable_decode($text);
This will give different results on my configurations (Win2000, IIS 5, PHP4.0.4pl1 as ISAPI AND
Win2000, Apache 3.1.19, PHP4.0.4pl1 as Apache module).
