this code will check to see if the file contains something within it, returning true on success and
nothing on false
if (filesize("file.txt")){
echo ("your content");
};
this took me a while to figure this out because it doesnt really say if the filesize is bigger than
something, but that does work on win an nix servers. hope this helps.
