I have been reading about SQLite locking and it don't seem to behave well. it is not possible
to read from database, when other process writes into it. the bad part is sqlite returns error:
#define SQLITE_BUSY 5 /* The database file is locked */
instead of waiting for resource. I wonder how it is implemented in PHP. Is this issue solved? If
not, there is a chance sqlite_open would fail in ANY script with busy error because of PHP have
multiple processes/threads.
Some enlightment note would be useful here.
