Just like mysql one.
$q = sqlite_query ($db, 'select * from characters');
$c = sqlite_field_name ($q, 0);
The 0 is the numerical value of the field. starting from 0 so if the db table was
Name Address State
as the columns then you would have 0=name 1=address 2=state.
Easy as that.
