For some reason I can't make an socket on the UDP port. Not on my localhost (Windows machine)
nor on my server (Linux). Can anyone help me with this?
if (false == ($socket = @socket_create(AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, SOL_UDP))) {
die("Could not create socket on port ".SOL_UDP);
}
This piece of code always returns false on the UDP port, while it accepts a connection on the TCP
port.
