I've been having mixed results from this function.
I used to have no troubles with it at all, back when my server ran on a win98se system, if I told
the execution time to jump to 300 seconds it waited 5 minutes like I wanted. But now, no matter what
I do it won't go over 30 seconds. I even manually edited php.ini just now to 300 seconds, and
although it took a while before the server read it properly (I used ini_get_all() to check it, it
was at 30 until I restarted the server), it now has the correct value but won't go over 30
seconds of execution time. This is rather annoying when it comes to an upload script I setup for a
friend to send me files (it's faster than sending through MSN :D).
Any ideas why I can't get this to work properly?
Not using IIS, Apache timeout is 300. Apache/1.3.26 (Win32 [XP Pro]) PHP/4.3
