similar to wikiz at studentas dot lt's note $this wont work if youre calling classmethods with
:: within the same class
but it will work when you'll call a parent function using ::
<?PHP
class a {
var $var;
function check(){
$this->var = 10;
echo $this->var;
return;
}
}
class b extends a {
function check(){
$this->var = 15;
a::check();
return;
}
}
$b = &new b;
$b->check();
// returns 10
?>
this is not mentioned in the docs!
