note 38529 added to tutorial

Some hosting servers that support PHP have some functions disabled. I recommend that you ask a system administrator if any functions are disabled before you buy a hosting account. It is common for email functions to be disabled on servers that are not yours. For example my hosting account at godaddy.com does not support PHP email functions. Some other functions might be disabled as well. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+38529 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+38529&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+38529&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
