I will not work if you attach a parameter string of web url to command-line argument.
ex) // Won't work;
php hello.php foo=1&bar=2
The command line will interpret "&" character as concurrent execution command. In
order pass a web parameter string, you should separate all parameters and pass them to the
command-line.
ex) // Works.
php hello.php -foo 1 -bar 2
