note 38585 added to function.mail

Hi! I'm kind of new to PHP, but I think I developed a pretty good feedback form if anybody wants to use it. http://www.riasp.org/MailIt.txt There is something seriously wrong with the message headers; they all get lumped together on the To: line except for the MIME and Content-type headers. It doesn't interfere with the message though. Let me know if you have any ideas.
