note 38604 rejected from function.imap-open by didou

I have a strange problem while using this simple line in a php file: $mbox = imap_open("{localhost:143}INBOX", "user_id", "password"); (and that line is the only line in my test.php, the file I use for testing when the imap_open() function works, and dont work) it sometimes work (I get the stream open, and can use it), but most of the time I get "The Page cannot be displayed", not a php error, but a html errorpage.. I haven't changed the php file between the times it works, and doesn't work,, and it works in periods, but not very long periods, usually an hour a day or something like that.. Any help would be great! Thanks!
