Even with the latest versions of PHP, I have been unable to get $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA to work (INI
file setting turned on, etc.) reliably. The "php://input" is a great way to read the raw
POST data stream. One note:
$bsRawPostData = implode("", file("php://input"));
may be necessary to read raw binary POST data (e.g., from a Nokia phonecam).
