Please be careful to use the ForceType to hide PHP. When you use this
ForceType application/x-httpd-php
in http.conf of Apache. It is possible that Apache will ask PHP to parse the file yuo do not intend
PHP to parse. Extra errors could be rsulted from the undesirable parse.
When I tried to embed mdia files with this setting, PHP tried to parse each media file (WMV or RM)
and reported errors like:
PHP Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in \path_to_media_file\media.WMV on line 700
or
PHP Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in \path_to_media_file\media.rm on line 1322
There was not any problem in the media files. Actually there was nothing to do with them.
