I got a "Warning: session_destroy(): Session object destruction failed in logout.php on line
42" when using session_destroy(). It turned out this happened due to an earlier call to
session_regenerate_id() in an included script, which checks for a login cookie and issues the
session_regenerate_id() for every new login.
This is probably a bug or not documented special case. Hope to save you the time searching for this.
