So, if a user mistakenly renames a bmp file as jpg and uploads it your php script would return jpg?
Note on some previous note I read elsewhere that you must use apache mime file because it won't
work with others. In php5 this is not true anymore. At least with debian's magic file.
NOTE: It seems this function will always return text/plain if mime_magic.debug has not been set to
"On".
