I have been building a system to upload images, after performing move_uploaded_file the resulting
JPEG is the correct file size yet seems to lack Header info like height and width and consequently
is not recognised by image viewers.
Strangely if i then use imagecreatefromjpeg to load to RAM then resize the image and imageJPEG to
save to disk, the resized images are viewed correctly.
Any ideas whats happening?
