note 39057 added to function.move-uploaded-file

When uploading JPEGS i found
move_uploaded_file($tmp_path,$destination_path);
Caused the resulting JPEG not to load properly althought the file was the correct file size , i
solved the problem by using this instead:
if (is_uploaded_file($tmp_path))
{
copy ($tmp_path, $destination_path)
}
I was running PHP 4.3.1
