Note Submitter: User of PHP4.0.6
----
Why is there a "caution" saying NOT to use session_register() when using the
$HTTP_SESSION_VARS?
It took me some time to find that
$HTTP_SESSION_VARS["x"]=1;
does NOT set "x" as a session var. I HAD TO session_register("x") in order to
use it. Why?
I'm using PHP 4.0.6, with
php_value session.register_globals 0
php_value session.use_trans_sid 1
php_value session.auto_start 0
and yes, I made "session_start()" before to use that variables.
