note 39249 added to function.base64-encode

Hi. I have a code that send email with function mail. This code can to add attachment file. But the problem is when I recibe an email and I want to read. If the mail was send from php server linux I dont have a problem, but if the mail was send from php server windows I have a problem because the attachment are damage. I can't to read the attachment. Do you know where is the problem.?
