note 39320 added to function.readfile

If you want to send files to clients through a php script using readfile or fread or whatever then you may encounter problems with Apache2 + Php4.3.3 + IE6. For some reason Explorer (and opera also) sometimes received garbled data. Mozilla worked fine.
