note 39442 added to function.rename

I tried to rename muliple files in Windows 2000 Prof. using
rename("c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/php/raw/01/dir/".$old_file,
"c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/php/raw/01/dir/".$new_file);
but nothing was happening. I had to change the permissions on the folder to Modify,Write,Read for
the IUSR to make it work.
Just a thing you should consider, if you run into any problems.
