I would like to find a php3 module written by someone that will allow me to:
* upload files
* specify filetypes I will accept
* check filesizes to not allow files too large
* comment to the user that an issue has occured if various
checks fail.
The goal is to replace CGI upload module that is no longer supported and no longer need a
pre-compiler to compile any changes made to a CGI module.
Make sense?
