I tried to get the session variables to work with all the examples and it was in vain. Finally, I
looked on the site that hosts my website for help and it gave me the fix I needed. If you do not
have a tmp directory it will never keep your variables. So, when all else fails, verify that this
directory exists and that could be the root of your problem like me!
