As of PHP 4.3.5 RC2 and 5.0.0 RC1, you can optionally pass a connection handle (as returned from
sybase_connect()) to sybase_set_message_handler(). In this case, the message handler is called for
server messages on this connection only.
See the test "test_connectionbased_msghandler.phpt" in ext/sybase_ct/tests for details.
