note 39540 added to faq.mailinglist

Hello! I need a script (php) for people who will like to subscribe/unsubscribe from my mailinglist. It must say subscribe or unsubscribe in the main part of the e-mail, not in the subject. Any ideas? What kind of program do I need to do this myself?
