mcrypt_decrypt would encrypt but not decrypt on my WinXP/IIS/PHP4.3.4 setup. After trying rolling
back to PHP4.3.3, 4.3.2 and even 4.2.3 with no luck, I was finally able to make it work with the
latest stable SNAP below.

Note this is not a production release... but there's risk in everything right?
