Hello ...
Got many problems with PHP 5b3.... theirefore i decided to downgrade to 4.3.4 .... but it won't
work.
(PHP 5 was installed from the sources!)
I deleted the lib-php, include-php sektions, also deleted the binary of php and all other related
files.
After that, i installed php 4.3.4 from the sources.

php works, register_globals is on but doesn't work ?!?! ...
all sites (php-scripts) on my system (older and newer ones) produce errors or do not work ?!?!
could somebody help me?
