If there is a chance that two recipients will have the same domain, send separate emails by calling
the mail function more than once. It appears that some linux mail servers, at least, filter out the
duplicate emails.
These are the conditions under which this occurred (test done with Outlook Express):
-- 1 email with the same address in the to: cc: and bcc: fields
-- same address 3 times in the to: field
-- 3 different usernames at the same domain
-- 1 address is for a parked domains and 1 for the main domain on same account
It did not occur for domains on the same physical server, but set up as a separate accounts.
