Note that apache will die or stick in an endless loop when the callbacks are defined using an
"array ( object& $obj, string $methodName )" notation.
I suggest the documentation is changed and the 'callback' parameter type hints are changed
to 'string', since the array ( &obj, methodname) notation IS a valid callback
parameter, but NOT for the XML parser implementation.
