Okay, I'm not getting how I'd do this. Each user's information is stored in an INI,
how can I parse the ini for the certian user's information?
The users are Test and testuser2.
INI Structure:
[USER=Test]
GroupName= ""
Activated=1
LoginType=2
Quota=4
QuotaValue=30000
Password= "tasdfs"
Login= "testuser2"

GroupName= ""
