note 39703 added to security.registerglobals

Do i have to change all my Codes ? Do i have to include all those new restriction as $_POST, $_GET, etc ... and inisialize and declare All my variables ? It is any other way to run my code as it was without changing my code or turning on register_globals ? That a lot of work, if i ll have to do that on all my pages !! Thanks for you Help .
