Dear PHP, it would be incredibly helpful if I could get several variables added together.
For instance, right now I have to do this in order to get the full Requested Address:
if ($_SERVER['HTTPS'] == "on")
$http = "https://";
else
$http = "http://";
$requested_uri = $http.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];
OR
$requested_uri =
$http.$_SERVER["SCRIPT_URI"]."?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"];
Which is longer than the first.
Can you give me a single variable for this like:
$_SERVER["FULL_URI"] ??
Which includes the http:// or https:// without having
to test for $_SERVER["HTTPS"] == on?
Thanks so much, I think it would help out the community as a whole.
