And how can i realize that?
13,3 or 13,7 ...all numbers after , (english . -> 13.3) that a number maybe 13 got 1 number
higher -> 14 except ,0 if 13,0 the return number is 13 from 13,1 to 13,9 all got to the next
higher number. 14 in this example..
how can i realize that?
