There is a problem by the function exec() and PHP4 under Windows. If you don't get the results
line(s) it is possible, that the process hasn't an own console. For IIS 4.0 for example you can
switch, that each process get an own console, with following:
1. open a DOS-Box and go to the directory
"..\winnt\system32\inetsrv\adminsamples"
2. give the following command
"adsutil set w3svc/CreateCGIWithNewConsole 1"
