note 39844 added to language.operators.logical

Hello all. This is my first post here and I am really really new to PHP and trying to learn it from 0. When I say from 0 I mean with no coding experience from any code languages before. :-P I saw the posts about the so called short circuit. I made something like this to check both vars is any one of both has a entry. If (($var1 !="") XOR ($var2 =="")){ displays a message if none are completed }else{ continues form. } Hope it helps someone and please if there is anything wrong please tell it cause im wanting to learn about my errors.
