I tried to get chdir to work with a string like
chdir ("/vak2002");
chdir ('/vak2002');
chdir ("./vak2002");
It simply did not work. It only works for me (locally and on my webpage) when I use a
string-variable, as in
$temp = "./vak2002";
chdir ($temp);
I don't know why, but if your chdir does not seem to work, try this.
