note 40137 added to function.get-browser

i had a problem with the recommended browscap.ini file. get_browser() kept returning FALSE. my
apache error.log said:
PHP: Error parsing /etc/php4/apache/browscap.ini on line 711
line 711 in browscap.ini:
browser=Yahoo! Slurp
it turned out to be the exclamation point ("!") that caused the problem, so i just removed
it from the file.
my platform is debian with apache 1.3.29 and PHP-4.3.3.
