Suppose there is a file on some webserver e.g. www.cnn.com/news.rm and for some reason i cannot view
www.cnn.com/news.rm from within my network. Is it possible that I use a PHP page e.g.
www.mysite.com/downloadcnn.php to download news.rm on my hosted website (www.mysite.com) and then i
can download news.rm from there.
I mean when I will be accessing www.mysite.com/downloadcnn.php it will be giving me the data of
www.cnn.com/news.rm.
