my previous post contains typos. You need to replace all '&#nnnn' by
'&#xnnnn' (ie add a 'x' after '#'), because I used hexadecimal
numeric character references (not the decimal ones).
You can also use decimal numeric character references, but this requires converting to base 10
before.
Ex: char for Euro is hexa 20AC, or decimal 8364. (numeric html entities '€' and
'€')
