note 40353 added to faq.obtaining

please note that the link to the browscap.ini file at the bottom of this page (http://www.garykeith.com/browsers/downloads.asp) does indeed work, but the author has some stick up his rear about it, and has included a redirect back to this page when the referer is a php.net addres. If you copy/paste the link in to the address bar it works fine. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/faq.obtaining.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+40353 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+40353&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+40353&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
