Please note that these number are really floating point numbers and NOT integers!!!
Test(10.0);
Test(20.0);
Test(-20.0);
Test("10.0");
So the Test(..) function found somewhere in the comments are essentially wrong.
What about this:
Test("Ten");
Test("Eleven");
What should the function return me???? TRUE or FALSE???
If you ask me (human) they are in reality integer types
But if you ask my computer, they arent.
Same as for '10.0', we human say they are integer type...
but in reality they arent. So saying that '10.0' is a integer is wrong
