php_oci8 or php_oracle.dll which is better when I use ORACLE9i? Why successed to connect to ORACLE9i
with OCIPLogon(), and failed to release the connection with OCILogoff()? OCILogoff() always returns
value=false! And then I use php_oracle.dll, but it doesn't support LOBS that make me galling!
