If your session name is numeric, then $_SESSION will not capture the information to be stored.
$_SESSION[30] = 'capture';
will only be stored once, then disappear from your sessions global variables. You will need to use
string name FIRST if you still want to retain numeric values inside.
$_SESSION['anchor'][30] = 'capture';
