Im on Windows2000 and have Apache v1.3.29 along with PHP v4.3.4 ISAPI. Downloaded latest Windows
port, GNU Aspell-0.50.3 (win32), and installed a few dictionaries afterward.
Same problem as mentioned :
Warning: PSPELL couldn't open the dictionary. reason: No word lists can be found for the
language "no".
Ive heard rumours that the PSPELL function doesnt work on windows, that one should use the command
line to Aspell. However another user on this list has installed this on WindowsXP SP1 - so it might
work on later versions of Windows, or the fact that this user installed the PHP v5.x version and not
the v4.3.4.
I have tried about everything, but cant get the PSPELL to work on the WIN32 environment, so ill be
going for the command line work.
