I am running Windows 2003 server and trying to get phpisapi to work. At first i was getting the
error "no input file specified" and now i am getting "service unavailable". I
have followed the above steps from the links and still nothing. I installed IIS as an application
server??? I put the specified files under C:\windows and also the files under C:\windows\sytem32 but
still getting "service unavailable". I changed the php.ini file as specified and still
nothing. I have added an isapi filter and also without and guess what "service unavailable. I
also configured according to the links. Does anyone understand my pain??? Could it be a permissions
issue ar do i maybe have to do something else to IIS?
