I'm sorry I still don't quite understand this function. Does this function allow the php
file to create a new document? I don't quite understand the part about "handle". My
apologies once again. I've got a basic understanding of PHP but when I see some of these
functions I'm still a bit lost.
I tried running the example script on my site and got a parse error on line 9.
