note 40907 added to function.microtime

This code in my WhoIs lookup returns a negative time for some whois servers (.nl) and positive time for others (.com). $time_start=microtime(); $whoisresult = lookup($dom); $time_end=microtime(); $s=$time_end-$time_start; I think this has to do with non-lineair handling of the code. You will get the same result if you replace microtime() by time().
